Payments
We only accept payments through PayPal. Credit and Debit card payments can be made through PayPal, but you need to open a free PayPal account in order to make a payment.
There will be currency conversion charges applied to payments made in Euros from non Euro accounts and vice versa. This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible and do not dictate the currency conversions rates.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent.
Security
Payments submitted via PayPal are processed using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with unlock-now.com. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an online order.
Delivery
Unlock codes are usually dispatched within a few hours after purchase, you can check your order and processing time using our order tracking page. You will be informed by email as soon as the unlock code is ready. 90% of our orders are delivered within 1 hour of purchase, however in some cases it can take up to 2 business days.
Orders placed cannot be cancelled starting with the moment the order is submitted to us.
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. unlock-now.com will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers to any third parties. This site uses Google conversion tracking technology. We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about new products, services or offers we think you'll find valuable.
Code Guarantees
We deliver the unlock codes with a full money back guarantee. In the very unlikely situation our supplied code does not work we offer a full refund provided you gave us the correct details in your order (especially the correct IMEI). We reserve the right to seek further evidence to support the customers claim that the code did not unlock his mobile phone.
If you provide us with the wrong IMEI in most cases you will get a "IMEI NOT FOUND" and you will be able to give us your correct IMEI. We will reprocess it without any extra charge, however if you provide the wrong IMEI and a code does come back we offer no refund, so please ensure your IMEI is accurate.
If an IMEI submitted shows "CODE NOT FOUND" this means we were unable to process your code, in that case you will be given a full refund.
Delivery times should only be used as an estimate of how long a code should take to be delivered. A refund does not apply to delays in delivery if the code is delivered later than expected. We ensure the fastest delivery time from our side, be sure that we will always do our best to release all orders as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
For a refund to be provided, customer must prove that the code has failed by providing a detailed account of the procedure he followed and any error messages he received.
Refund will not be given where customer has bought an alternative unlocking solution before properly and fully receiving the service ordered from us.
To claim against the full money back guarantee, a customer must inform us of their failed unlock attempt within 48 hours of receipt of their instructions. We are unable to provide refunds if the customer does not contact us within this time period.
All unlock codes are provided with implicit and full instructions on how to input into the phone. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully. We do not provide refunds to those customers who clearly do not follow the instructions provided. Every phone will have a limited number of tries for entering unlock codes, we will not refund your payment if you have already exceeded the number of tries.
This policy does not affect your normal and existing legal rights. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost data or lost software. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
Unlock service issued by unlock-now.com for phones that turn out to be barred or blacklisted, are not eligible for refunds. A barred phone refers to a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported lost by the owner.
